I first discovered this wonderful little café through a recommendation – and how lucky I am! Since I'm gluten-intolerant and avoid sugar as much as possible, I only go for the vegan, gluten- and sugar-free cakes here. So far, I've tried the cherry, poppy-seed, and rhubarb varieties. My absolute favorite is poppy seed – I've loved it since I was a child – and the "Ignaz version" completely won me over. It lacks nothing in terms of flavor, and the consistency is also top-notch – a truly worthy alternative to the original. The friendly and knowledgeable ladies and gentlemen at the café are happy to explain the ingredients and carefully package the pieces for transport so that nothing gets squashed. For so much passion, friendliness, love, and enjoyment, I'm happy to give it a full 5 stars!
