The best Greek restaurant is mainly gluten-free.
The best Greek restaurant is mainly gluten-free. (English below)
We have been regular guests here for years as I have celiac disease.
Items containing gluten are marked with an ear of corn on the menu. Most of it can be eaten without any problems if you have celiac disease and some things also have gluten-free options (e.g. pita bread).
Whether just two people or several people (e.g. 18 people) there is always an opportunity to celebrate or eat here.
If you have any questions about gluten etc. you can always ask the staff. Everyone is very accommodating and warm.
My friends, my family, etc. also love coming here because the taste is just so good.
I am very grateful that this restaurant exists. Absolute recommendation!!!!

The food was delicious and we were full (3 girls). There are a lot of safe gluten-free and vegan options. Definitely suitable for people with celiac disease (me). Everything went quickly and friendly.
A cozy haven for vegan enthusiasts and those who love a good cup of coffee, perfect for working or unwinding in the sun.

I have celiac disease, I ate here a few days ago, when we were on our trip to Germany 🇩🇪 , and to be honest, it was amazing!
I loved 🥰 the pretzel 🥨, really, I wish I’ve brought some home 🏠. I also ordered a cinnamon roll, which I liked but it wasn’t very very good, it was only very good. What I’m trying to say is that it was good! I tried a kimchi sandwich too, and it was very very good. I could eat one right now! I also tried a vegan sandwich (I don’t remember what was it called exactly), which had its bread part made out of seeds, it was surprisingly tasty.
I overall only have positive impressions about this place. And as a celiac I recommend it.
Oh and also, they don’t have a restroom.

I discovered little Flo through my daughter. It's really a nice, small restaurant with very good burgers, including the desserts, all homemade. My daughter has a gluten intolerance and that's not a problem for little Flo, as gluten-free burger rolls are also offered. The service is always very friendly and in a good mood.
Everything fine!!
We always enjoy coming back when we are in town.
A must-visit gem in Munich with intense matcha, delicious banana treats, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

Great store. The smell of the banana bread when you come in is enough to put you in a good mood for the whole day. Coffee 10/10. Everything vegan and gluten-free!
This spot offers a vibrant atmosphere with cozy outdoor seating amidst olive trees, making it a great city hangout despite some service hiccups.

The food is good. The service messed up the order. We also went for gluten free pizza but every time I have come here they didn't have anymore. Hopefully they improve soon and refill their stock.
Experience a chill vibe with fresh, tasty dishes and plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, all in a clean and welcoming setting.

Convinced me, delicious food, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere. All allergens are marked on the menu and there is a large vegetarian and gluten-free selection.
The food was fine, there are also many gluten free options. The main service was not very friendly so the atmosphere was not very good. All in all a great restaurant.
With fantastic flavors and fair prices, this spot shines for its authentic marinated meats, crispy pakoras, and a great range of veggie options.

This has been my favorite Indian place for several years, the food is fantastic, the prices are fair. Here the pakoras are traditionally fried with pure chickpea flour, you can tell that the meat has been allowed to marinate in meat dishes, and there are numerous vegetarian and vegan dishes. If you're really hungry, I can recommend the biryanis. I also really appreciate that the allergen information (e.g. about gluten-free dishes) was always accurate.

Great place to meet for a quick bite to eat or an after work cocktail before taking the train.
🔥What’s special: This Restaurant offers typical Venezuelan arepas and they are a delight. 😋Daily lunch special from Tue-Fri with soft drink, yucca fries or fried plantains, arepa and coffee for 14.90€.
🥑 Vegan/Gluten-free: Arepas are gluten-free as they’re made of corn flor. I had the arepa Pabellon Verde with fried plantain, avocado and black beans.
😋Taste: Simply Delicious. Loved every bite.
📍Location: Super. Only 5-7 min by foot from main station and 5 min from Stieglmaierplatz
🏡Vibe: its right in the hustle and bustle of Munich center. You can sit on terrace or if you want more peace, choose a table indoor
⏰Opening Hours: since it’s a bar, it’s open until late
💶Price: I paid 14€ for one arepa, which seems a little pricey but I can’t compare with other locations.
💳Payment: Easy by cash or credit card
I would recommend Prygoshin to anyone who wants to try typical South American food, get a quick drink after work, or wants to meet with friends before catching the train back home.
