They advertise "gluten-free" but then rule out cross-contamination in the context of celiac disease from the outset.
So, obviously, this is just a dietary trend.
Less hip shops that don't advertise that offer better service are doing so.

The Cafe is very cute but it’s not suitable for people with celiac disease.

We came especially for the gluten-free cake. However, it was in the lower compartments and was not covered. The display was a complete battle of crumbs. So NOT suitable for people with celiac disease. Very disappointed.
