Amazing, gluten-free options and an awesome experience at the bakery. It is always hard to find a superb gluten free cheesecake that isn't just a plain one. I appreciate the gluten-free options and he was able to take my request and freeze mine so I could take it on a plane!! Every time I come back to Sacramento I will be stopping in. I bought two while I was there, 6 of us shared one and I'm the only one who is gluten free...everyone raved about the taste. I commend you Jeff for perfecting a gluten free crust!!!
