Wanted to give Matt and his team on Friday night a shoutout. Matt, you are a true example of what the hospitality industry is all about. As a previous restaurant manager and with a great understanding of the challenge to find great people to stay in the industry right now, I'm thankful you are one of the passionate people still in the industry and who shines a light and positive example on to the rest of your team. Keep up the great work! I am gluten free and was hesitant about getting the pizza due to cross contamination. Matt walked through the process with me of what the staff does to ensure It is safe. Thank you for taking dietary restrictions seriously.

The gluten free pizza was good, and they say precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination. The crust is a cauliflower thin crust that was decent in texture and taste, with no odd aftertaste. The toppings were good. I would eat there again.
