Just go. It's amazing. I'd be surprised if they didn't get a third michelin star this year. Every dish was delicious. I have celiac and they did a wonderful job with thoughtful modifications that honored the original intent of the dishes. We did the wine pairing and same thing. Just do it. The service was SO good. We felt so welcome. Seriously, they're doing a fantastic job.
