I'm a big fan of moonbowls!
-Excellent taste! I had the tofu bowl and really enjoyed the various toppings (you get upto 5). My favorites: fresno chiles, roasted corn, citrus kale.
-Fast delivery, everything was very fresh
-Vegans, vegetarians and gluten free people can easily order. Love that the menu is so nicely labeled.
-Other favorites: The various sauces (ginger-soy and creamy sesame), and sweet potato dumplings
Holy shiiiaaaat. The guys working here are effing phenomenal.
We came in for pizzas on a “first Thursdays”, so the place was packed. Pretty sure they had just 3 waiters servicing a slammed dinner rush hour + countless to go orders. Major props to the team!
The food makes this place even better. As a gluten free gal, I was pleasantly surprised they had an off menu gluten free pizza. And it is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had. Plus, they do half and half — which is a dream for anyone who plans to finish a whole pie to themselves 😏
Top pie is GF, bottom is Detroit style. They both blew us away.
And last but not least, a special shoutout to the vibe — which is cozy, fun, and very New York pizzeria-esq!
Strange atmosphere and fairly terrible service overall. A lot of hand holding was needed but eventually things started moving along. Not as gluten friendly as advertised.
This is a pretty decent pizza place. There are a lot of customizable options and an equally large selection for their salad. Gluten free and vegetarian options were available. The gluten free crust is very good and crispy.
Interesting restaurant concept featuring an entire menu that is free of gluten, dairy, soy, and seafood. Ordered a large order for the company using DoorDash and it was all labeled and delivered on-time. Liked the wagyu beef mixed bowl and people were raving about all the other bowls as well. Portions seemed like they would be small since the bowl pricing was so inexpensive but it was a good hearty meal.
Just go. It's amazing. I'd be surprised if they didn't get a third michelin star this year. Every dish was delicious. I have celiac and they did a wonderful job with thoughtful modifications that honored the original intent of the dishes.
We did the wine pairing and same thing. Just do it. The service was SO good. We felt so welcome. Seriously, they're doing a fantastic job.

Great food and tasty drinks. Service was quite slow to take our order, but the food came out very quickly. Multiple gluten free options
A friend and I visited this spot before attending a show at Orpheum theatre. The menu was vegetarian, vega and gluten friendly, which was great to see. We ordered the neat loaf and the ravioli, both of which was delicious! The staff were courteous and food was served fast. I would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu and the collection of desserts, which looked good.
I love this place! Gluten free life saver, nice staff. $6.50 yummy gf lunch is a rare find, especially in sf! The salads are also yummy and the latte was tastey. My son loves the regular empanadas as well. 😁
We were recently in San Francisco and had an amazing evening at 1601. We were there with a large group and we had our 2 little boys with us. We all had so much fun tasting course after course! Everything was delicious and they easily accommodated our gluten preference. We will definitely go back next time we're in town.
Best bakery for both gluten free and full gluten. Organic ingredients and lots of love make everything top rate! Can’t wait to get back there after these past 2 years.
Not the most pretty or stunning environment but it’s a restaurant and they nail the wings! Crispy but extremely tender. Everything is dairy and gluten free which is extremely impressive for the almost perfect chicken wings and sauce. Service is amazing and very friendly. Ghost pepper sauce was delicious if you end up coming here!
