The food is delicious but the service was annoying. Many different and uncoordinated waiters served us. They took advantage of the fact that we are tourists to make them pay for mineral water when it is clear that this is not what they intended. They serve gluten-free pasta (I don't usually like corn pasta, but it was good and well-made) but there is no marking on the menu about dishes that can be served gluten-free, and verbally they gave confused answers. We made a reservation in advance and yet we were seated at the bar. There was annoying music in the background throughout the event.

1000/10 experience. Maddy and I decided to not go downtown to enjoy a beautiful dinner, and everyone at Cano proved that there’s no reason to go anywhere else! Luke and Alesia both don’t just need a raise, but a promotion. Screw it give them the restaurant!!! They were extremely nice, and recommended some of the best food we’ve ever had. Food was fantastic, octopus was cooked perfectly, Maddys Gluten free pasta was to die for, and that pizza has to be the best around. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE PANNA COTTA. This is the date destination, book your reservations asap.
