Amazing food across the board! Loved it. They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy and provided many delicious options. We ate on the patio, they have misters for warm weather and the atmosphere was lovely.

Canon is a gem in Sacramento. They accommodate all dietary needs and have ample dedicated vegan and gluten free options, so you can get exactly what the chef has envisioned. And that vision is spectacular. The coconut curry consomme was incredible, and the squash burst with flavors that I could not have expected. As an appetizer, we got the focaccia, which is brilliantly paired with one of the best pizza oils I have ever had. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, and the best thing is that the quality and creativity of the menu far surpasses the cost
