I saw your restaurant sugguested by someone in a group. People in Lexington, Kentucky are talking about wanting healthier fast food with lots of gluten-free options. I just had a look at your menu, pics and reviews. We would LOVE to have you in Lexington KY! Consider this your invitation❣️ A location between Southland Drive and University of KY campus would be so busy, there's no way you could serve everyone. We NEED you here. As for certifed organic food without apeel/organipeel/edipeel, non gmo, no pesticides sprayed in the last few days prior to picking or ever, we've a farm here that would deliver to you. Trader Joe's and Good Foods Co op are within half a mile to 2 miles from the location range above, Whole Foods is about 4 miles from there, Farmers Market is within 2 miles, traffic isn't bad except from 5pm to 6pm going into downtown. There's 5 lanes on that street. The traffic lights change to accommodate the flow of traffic. At 4pm they change to 1 lane going to downtown, 1 turning lane and the rest are for leaving downtown. Traffic leaving downtown flows well. The 1 lane in is what gets jammed but there's side streets every block to avoid it easily and the lights switch back to 2 in, 2 out at 7PM. Lexington is a good place to be. People are friendly. You will be treated well here, safe, and your restaurant will be loved. We have many cultures living here. There's a neighborhood for just about every type of personal preferences, personality, beliefs, etc, where they'll find their people. In the shops, downtown, medical, festivals, etc, all types of people from every neighborhood mingle in peace, co exist, live and let live. Imo, public schools have a lot of bullies. That's the only downside. There are lots of homeschool co ops here that have prom, sports, social opportunities, fieldtrips, etc. There's a co op for every type of person as well. I know saying "type of person" may sound like labeling, but here, we are all open and real about differences so we can find our people, keep the peace, live and let live. People don't give each other attitude about it either. The smaller towns outside of Lexington are like a different planet though, lacking culture, healthcare, everyone gossips as if its a sport, etc. My feeling is, I don't recommend it, except maybe Georgetown, Nicholasville, Wilmore, Winchester. They're close enough to Lexington and are considered more of an extension of Lex. Louisville is bigger than Lexington, but there's more crime and traffic. I hope to see your restaurant here in the near future.. Whatever you decide, I wish you much success. Be well. 🌻

Love it! It's like the Disneyland of healthy and gluten-free food. Everyone in my group raved about their dishes. The desserts, also gluten-free, were incredible!

Gluten allergy? don’t go here! You’d think a restaurant that offers gluten free noodles would actually have gluten free options. They don’t. They don’t have a single soup that is gluten free. They literally said if I wanted gluten free I could eat just the noodles plain. Or edamame. I gave the two stars because my husband loved his ramen, so if you have no allergies it’s apparently delicious. Also the kitchen felt bad so they made me brussel sprouts, which was appreciated. The service was really good but management needs to either take the noodles off the menu or come up with better gf options so people with allergies don’t waste their time.

Home run for my gluten free family. I have two family members with celiac and neither got sick off the GF waffles and other items. Super thankful for their carefulness with our dietary concerns.
