Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station

I needed a place for dinner with a group before a show at the Cygnet. I have celiac disease and must eat gluten free. After asking on the local celiac page multiple people said they’d had good experiences at Stone. I called ahead, the person who answered was a server who said the menu was marked, there were many gluten free options, many non GF items could be altered and that they were trained for allergies. When I sat down I notified the server who thanked me for letting her know. Im also dairy, egg and legume free so it makes ordering a bit tricker. I ordered the chicken street tacos. They were not life changing (especially without the dairy) so I asked for more pickled onions and pineapple salsa which helped.

Very cool environment, great service, delicious food & beer. Love that there are gluten free options and items are marked on menu. Definitely recommend going! 👌
