They have limited gf options but what they had was good. They had gf chili fries at the time which they don’t always have gf chili. It was delicious though! My mom and I are both celiac and shared one serving of it and there was more than enough.
Forgot to take a picture of the menu but I did find the allergen menu which helped us decide

Canyon Eatery exceeded our expectations. Note, we visited in mid-September, but we found the service was quick, food was tasty (for quick serve), and the staff friendly. They had limited gluten free options, but we made it work. Our first night, we took our dinner “to go” and ate by Artist Point!
