Great all around Italian-American food. Delicious gluten-free lasagna was a treat for me having Celiac concerns.

Just WOW! I'm here on business and I ordered a gluten free deluxe pizza last night for carry out. That was seriously the best gf pizza I've ever had. It was filling with tons of toppings and needed a fork for some of it. So good and highly recommended! They have a nice outdoor patio area which made me wish I had eaten there, but maybe next time. Staff was wonderful.

Great food and service! It's my favorite thin crust pizza. The "gluten-free" pizza is actually keto friendly too. It's made by Boombalati's Pizza Company out of Waukesha. I've been buying it in grocery stores for a while, but having that crust cooked in Capri's pizza ovens with their awesome sauce and what seems like whole milk mozzarella makes it even better! It's nice and crispy. UPDATE (12/11/2023): I'm not sure what happened, but the thin crust pizza had some issues on my last visit last week. I ordered 2 pizzas. One crust was burned pretty bad. The other pizza crust was different than usual. It was not as thin and crispy and it fell apart into 2 layers. Both pizzas seem like they were put together sloppily. The sauce was uneven and dripping over the outer crust in a few places. I understand stuff happens and maybe some additional training is required with it being so hard to find good help. I just don't feel great about paying that much for a pizza in that condition. I'll probably give it another chance and see if it's improved.
