I have Celiac and need to eat gluten free food. I was wondering how a sandwich place would work to avoid cross contamination or cross contact. I called the restaurant and they immediately understood what I meant about this- such a bonus. She explained that the chef is very aware and takes every precaution possible. We had a group order for a work lunch. I ordered a panini and asked for pre-bagged chips. The sandwich was amazing, truly delicious. I haven't had a GOOD sandwich in ages. I also did not get sick, and I tend to be sensitive to any cross contamination. I am totally thrilled to have found a new place to eat. The rest of my work group also was really impressed with their food, and the group consensus is that we will have more food from there. Thank you for caring about gluten issues, taking it seriously, and opening up new options for us to eat!
