They have a good amount of gluten free options and the head chef Monty is amazing. They constantly rotate the food so minimum risk for CC. The flavor is actually good every time we have come here.

It was very delicious! As a person with Celiac it was a very special experience because the Chef came out and walked us through the entire Buffet to show us exactly what was gluten free.
He was Very knowledgeable about the gluten allergy.
He even offered to make a few of the items that were not gluten free on buffet gluten free for us on a sterile pan!🤩
The Braised Brisket and the Mahi was THE BEST!!!
