wonderful experience! my daughter has celiac, so looking for descent places who understand cross-contact is an issue, but this place was extraordinary! Chef Heidi came to our table, explained how she personally take care of our gluten free meal, was super nice and professional, and the food was delicious! thank you so much!

I went to place my order and informed the cashier that someone in my party had a gluten allergy. she responded “oh god” as she rolled her eyes and walked off. i heard so many amazing things about the willingness to accomodate for allergies at universal studios, but i can tell you we experienced the exact opposite. we were treated as a burden and felt very disrespected. the service was slow (im assuming because of understaffing) but it took me 40 minutes to get my food, at which point they hadnt even let us get our drinks. i would not recommend at all.
