I had an amazing experience at Cookes of Dublin in Disney Springs! The seafood combo box, featuring North Atlantic Beer Battered Cod and Shrimp with Chips, was simply delicious. The homemade tartar sauce elevated the flavors to another level. I was impressed by the gluten-free options available, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the gluten-free fish and chips. A delightful treat for seafood enthusiasts with a welcoming atmosphere!

Our daughter has Celiac Disease and we had a great experience at the Mall of America location, so we wanted to go to this location when visiting Universal Studios. With it being our first time here, we wanted to double-check that everything ran the same. Kelly B. reassured us that there was a dedicated fryer for fries, gluten-free hamburger buns, and that our daughter would be taken care of. After we paid, we verbally said thank you and explained why Kelly B. did an exceptional job, and she put my daughter and us at ease. She went into further explanation of how the head chef or manager brings out the food for allergies. I had no idea. We will continue to go to a Margaritaville when available. THANK YOU, Kelly B. For the other six of us, our food was great, and service was excellent. Clean establishment and rest rooms. Walk-up bar is available on the side of the building. Sign said 1 drink per person. Management - please give Kelly B. the recognition she deserves.

Very delicious place. The menu is funny because it feels all over the place, but I think it just has something for everyone. They have vegetarian and gluten free options. If you get a burger ask for gluten free and they'll give it to you. They usually ask if it's a sensitivity or if it's an allergy and the take it verys serious. I got the ravioli, it was soooo good I could've eaten a whole second plate of it. Everyone else in my group enjoyed their food and cleaned their plates. Love the atmosphere and our waiter was soooo great and friendly. Reservations are required for this restaurant!

Used friendly touch screens for quick ordering await you as you arrive. Simple to navigate menus bring up their array of mouth watering offerings. Clean,modern,stylish dining room and bar. As I was awaiting my take out order, I watched plates loaded with stuffed sandwiches and other menu items pass by me,all with generous portions. I ordered the Catira arepa,Venezuelan and Columbian empanadas. I w as advised by text that my order was ready to pick up. After seeing what was coming out of the kitchen, my anticipation very high. I purchased the items for my wife, who is gluten intolerant. We were not disappointed. The arepa was generously stuffed with chicken and gouda cheese. The empanadas were equally full of very nicely seasoned chicken. A wonderful first,but certainly not last experience. Located a short ride from anywhere at Disney World. Make a point to stop by. I revisited Sofrito last week,my wife accompanied me. We ordered the cachapa with chicken. Beautiful presentation and fabulous flavor. Very generous portion,latge enough to share. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent food and service, our waiter was funny and seem to like his job. There are many options for food, including gluten free. And it was all very good and fresh. It is very noisy so be prepared for that. Conversation was hard and felt like we needed to talk loud or yell. It is more of a bar setting instead of a nice pleasant restaurant.
