Fresh Kitchen

Fresh Kitchen is hands down the absolute best chain known to man. I started traveling to Orlando 3 years ago for work. I was working with a nutritionist and looking to be able to grab food while working that was both nutritious and decision - all while being gluten intolerant. When I was introduced to Fresh Kitchen, my life was forever changed. When I am in town for work, I eat FK for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY. The food options allow for me to stay within my dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor....gluten free, hormone free, and they don't use refined sugar. The customer service is always 10/10. I am convinced that the food is so god because their employees always seem happy to serve and work together. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alanna. She took time to help me find the best options to get the best bang for my buck. I love that when you dine in, someone from the staff will come by to make sure that everything is good. After sitting down, Alanna stopped by our table to say hello and mention that she remembered myself and a coworker from the other day. She thanked us for coming back and offered us some cookies. My only complaint with FK is that it is only in Florida. How am I supposed to convince my boyfriend that we need to pack up our lives in the Midwest to move to Florida so that I am buy a catering order every week to feed us? Suggestions?

Excellent option for people allergic to gluten.

The only restaurant I routinely go to in Orlando. Possibly my favorite part is how they explicitly call out what is in various ingredients on the big menu. Seeing 'Sugar Free', 'Dairy Free', 'Gluten Free', goes a long way when it comes to eating outside of my home with health conscious confidence. I also trust the sustainability, ethics, and quality behind these ingredients more so than most fast-casual or regular restaurants. The service is also outstanding with friendly/lively folks, including Christen who is a rock star! I constantly switch up whether I am leaning light with a 4 bowl/keto 6 bowl, or going for a more savory rich bowl like with cauliflower mashed potatoes or possibly some grated cheese.~ Highly recommend Fresh Kitchen- it is Goat'd especially the one in SoDo!!
