UNO Pizzeria & Grill

A few days ago while on vacation we went to this Establishment. Immediately we notified the server that we needed the manager due to food allergies. The server handled the situation perfectly. Unfortunately the manager did not, as we asked her for the allergen menu, she informed us " I know every ingredient in my kitchen". After going back and forth for a little bit, she let us know the only thing she felt comfortable with my child.Eating was the gluten free pizza. Even though we told her repeatedly we were not there for the pizza and we eat at the local Uno's all the time no issue. She finally let us know " To be honest with you I don't feel comfortable with her eating anything out of my kitchen due to cross contamination". At that point the only thing we could do was walk out. Even though I've spoken to her manager, I am still extremely disappointed. It is borderline discrimination. I'm never one for saying someone should be fired. I believe this woman should be fired for her behavior.

Ramon was our sever and he was one of the best servers I have ever had! We were in Orlando on vacation and would definitely return if we had a longer stay! The food was great! I have a gluten allergy and Ramon was very knowledgeable and made it such an easy ordering experience! 10/10 service!

I LOVE this place! I’ve been coming here for years. I brought my aunt from Miami to visit this place last summer and she loved it! The food tastes amazing, fresh with quality ingredients. The customer service is 5/5, especially from the manager. He’s very attentive, funny, and heightens the dinning experience. I’d definitely recommend, and so excited to repot that they offer vegan & gluten free options, I have not tried yet, but I’ll be posting an update once I do.
