Was super nervous to go to Epcot having celiac but this place really came in clutch. They have an allergy free menu. Spoke with a cast member who directed me to options available to me. They even told me they had a dedicated kitchen space where they prepared my food. dedicated Gf fryer! I spoke with a woman cast member who was extremely nice, that assured me about procedures they take to minimize cross contamination. My food was brought to a separate window with an allergy marker and the chef then clarified my order when it was given to me! 100% for service and the food was great!
