Mike Magnuson is amazing!! He made sure my gluten free needs were addressed while making sure I didn’t feel left out or different! He was super attentive and helpful, he even helped update the membership information! Definitely someone I would request in the future! He took the experience to another level! Thank you so much Mike!!
This was such a wonderful experience! Elisa was amazing and made accommodations for our gluten free group. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive. Everything was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful.
There's a pretty good selection of food. The price is fair considering it's location. We didn't have to wait too long before being seated and our stroller was accommodated for. There are some gluten and dairy free options for those who need that consideration.
Excellent vibes, amazing lattes, and delicious gluten free food. Unfortunately the service was so slow that it ruined the whole experience for me. Maybe it will be better next time.

It was a pleasure having Aliyah as our server. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and knew how to handle my gluten intolerance. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and will definitely patronize Bj’s in the future.
Fantastic meal, would highly recommend! Also, great service by Francisco, he was super helpful and offered some great advice. We had a member of our party with celiac disease. One of the best accommodating restaurants we have come across in Orlando!
Great place to eat and great experience. Food was delicious and came to our table fast. I especially love the care and attention they took with my food as I have Celiac Disease and needed all my food gluten free with no cross contamination. Chef came out to take my order, she prepared my food to ensure safety and brought it to my table herself covered. I greatly appreciate when I can eat somewhere and know that my food is safe to eat and won’t make me sick. No reaction at all and it was delicious! I had the chicken with roasted potatoes, corn on the cob and lemonade for the drink. Husband had the chicken and ribs and said it was delicious as well. We both loved it!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Sofrito because their food is undeniably excellent, and they offer great gluten-free options—a rarity that I appreciate. However, my recent experiences with their service and attention to detail have been increasingly disappointing, to the point where I can no longer support this establishment.
Over the course of my last three orders, there have been consistent issues. On one occasion, the chimichurri was so excessively salty that it was completely inedible. On another order, I received salad but no salad dressing; most recently, my order didn’t include a salad at all. These might seem like small issues independently, but together, they point to a pattern of carelessness that’s hard to overlook, especially considering the cost of dining here. My dish alone was over $36—at that price point, I expect the details to matter.
What’s even more frustrating is how poorly the management handled these issues. When I called after the chimichurri incident, I spoke to a manager who dismissed my concerns and did nothing to resolve the problem. More recently, when I called about the missing salad, they informed me that they had just started omitting salads—something a customer shouldn’t have to find out after the fact. To make matters worse, when I called again to address these repeated problems, the manager offered only a 20% credit, claiming that they couldn’t do more because they “didn’t have the item in front of them.” This response came across as dismissive and gave the impression that the manager either didn’t believe me or didn’t care to make things right.
Had we been dining in the restaurant, these issues could have been corrected immediately. But as takeout customers, we’ve been left feeling disregarded and undervalued. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a great restaurant fail so miserably at customer service and consistency. While we gave them multiple opportunities to address our concerns, nothing was adequately resolved.
Unfortunately, this will be the last time we dine at Sofrito. Excellent food can only make up for so much when the service falls so short.

Chadwick was awesome, especially dealing with all my gluten free/celiac questions and needs. He ensured I was safe during dinning from start to finish. The food was quick, fresh and none of it felt rushed! Above and beyond.
Excellent tea for a group of 3 on a whim without worrying about reservations. Gluten free options were good and had great recommendations on which teas to pick.
Excellent !!!
Great welcome and very attentive service.
Good value for money.
Good products for all tastes.
Are attentive to people with gluten-type allergies.
Don't hesitate to stop there for a good lunch.
Sanaa was a truly incredible experience. Our server Jonathan was on top of our every need. He had great recommendations and the food was amazing. And we could see some of the animals from our table which made a truly unique experience!
We were delighted to hear the bread service we'd heard so much about had a gluten free option. The sauce for the Butter Chicken was so happy to have the naan to get it all. The giraffe cake was beautifully presented and tasted great too. This was our favorite meal on Disney properties we've had all week!
We came last night and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting a great bartender Anthony! I think this might be my new favorite restaurant in Orlando! Gluten free pizza was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Anthony made his version of cucumber mint margarita, absolutely delicious!! Can’t wait to come back here with my family for brunch or dinner!
Happy hour flatbread and glass of wine for $12.50, and it was so GOOD! I have to be gluten free, and the rest of the table never knew the flatbread was GF, went back 2 days later with more people, even better than, the regular dinners were clean plates!
I love this place! I’m here in Florida for vacation and they were very accommodating with my GF allergy because I have Celiac disease. They do make their fries 100% gluten free. They use COMPLETE separate and clean equipment to make sure the food is not contaminated with any unsafe allergens. They have a cauliflower crust for any kind of pizza as well. Overall is very delicious and I would definitely go there again! 😁
This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Visiting on holiday and what a great way to spend an evening. I did the sampler menu - a great way to try different flavours. The chicken chorizo sliders are a must have! Only suggestion I would have is to try and expand options available for those with allergens (but I know it’s not easy)
Elizabeth was our server and she was excellent, especially when it came to advice on the menu to help my husband who is gluten and soy intolerant. Would recommend this place to anyone local or visiting. Thanks for a great evening!
Ordered the wings (the only ones with the gluten free option) & fries. Friend ordered the pretzel. Food was good but service was VERY SLOW, even though the restaurant was half empty. Had to ask to get a server to us then our server was MIA.
This, by far, was one of the best hotel restaurants we've ever experienced! It had a great mood, day or night, great lighting, and spacious. The staff were awesome, including the hosts and the waiters. We had Jeremy multiple times and we was awesome. The menu includes multiple Gluten-free items, and the kitchen has separate facilities when making those items. This was perfect for us with one of kids having Celiac. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant multiple times. Although the prices were high (no surprise, it's a theme-park resort hotel), the food was always great! Breakfast buffet has tons of options, definitely try it.
Food was excellent especially since I have a gluten allergy. The staff is very knowledgeable and I feel safe eating here from past experiences.
The night we were there it looked busy. The waitstaff was not as attentive as they have been in the past, which is another reason for us to make our 1hour drive to eat here.
The noise level was LOUD! I could hardly hear my husband from across the table.
Overall, Cooper Hawk provides me a safe haven to eat out once in a while with many delicious options. Which means my husband can eat guilt-free, too.
Love this place for brunch. Smiles all around, good food, fast service, quick refills of coffee to keep the cup warm, AND gluten free options including pancakes for my wife! This is SO MUCH better than any chain. (In a way, I hate to recommend this place knowing there should be a long waiting line as more people discover it!)
I will start with the FEW negatives.
Those dam wooden chairs are HARD.
The wait was LONGGGGG to be seated, as well as the food to arrive at the table.
The waffle 🧇 machine was broken, and I wanted chicken and waffle.
However, it was a Sunday ( a very busy day ), and it was PACKED, not to mention several guests had more than 4 in their party.
Ok.....
Our server is a young man named Taylor, He was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!
He knew the menu,
He could answer questions without having to turn to another for the answers.
( Yes, it's ok to be new and not know )
He had a BRITE personality.
Ok, the food.
Shrimp 🍤 and creamy cheese grits. The reduction sauce that they are using was beautiful ( I could taste one of the old school cooking techniques that they used to make it rich ) good for them..
They are using a GOOD brand of cranberry 😋 👌🏾 juice that is not watered down or sugared up.
Now, let's talk about those gluten-free banana, butter pecan pancakes, with a side of soft scrambled eggs.
If you did not tell me, they were gluten-free, I would not have known it.
The presentation was simple and beautiful.
The taste was OUTSTANDING,
The cream.
The pecans.
The bananas.
Ohh that sauce.
Go get you some people..

One of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. I have a gluten allergy and they always take wonderful care of me. Everything is delicious although I LOVE the crispy chicken. The salsa is also out of this world.
Went to Tony’s on 05.06.25. This used to be my favorite restaurant. I grew up going to Disney every other year, and I always made sure we went to Tony’s 1 to 2 times each trip. So, I have been to Tony’s at least seven or so times, but this will probably be my last time. They used to have amazing gluten-free bread and pasta, but they have changed it. I did not make it through the bread, which was cold, dry, and tasteless, nor did I eat much of the pasta. I got the Gluten-free Fettucine shrimp, which was sub-par at best. I did not make it halfway through; the shrimp was overcooked, and a few looked off. My sister, who was with me, said Olive Garden was better than Tony’s. I was incredibly disappointed with the downgrade in the gluten-free options here, and I'm sad to say that Tony’s is no longer my favorite restaurant.
I had lunch here with some friends and we enjoyed the restaurant so much, we really like the food, the service and the atmosphere. The chefs cook the meal in front of the guests; our Chef was Masayo and she was absolutely amazing. She is really an expert, she was so friendly, sweet and attentive. Two of my friends had some allergies (one with a gluten allergy and the other one with a dairy allergy) and everybody (the manager, the server and the chef) was so meticulous with them.
Also the quality of the food Is really good, i had a salmon and avocado sushi roll and the NY cut steak (server with Rice and udon with veggie).

Excellent service, so many gluten free options, amazing food choices and quality! I want to die in a bath of Brazilian cheese bread from Fogo de Chao! I do the market table/salad bar and husband enjoys the meat options.
Themed after salt and pepper shakers! They have them displayed everywhere, and a diferent set at every table. They use the original menu because the owners swore to never change it, but they suppliment this with a special board full of great and creative options! Service was friendly and the coffee was actually great! My only complaint is I couldn't swap my bread out for something.. not a huge deal, but it's an allergy, and I would have loved an option for gluten free or a small upcharge for fruit or something. It was also kind of expensive, I spent about $40 with tip for two custom (moderately constructed) omelets and 2 coffees. That's just today's prices but still hard to stomach! Nice place to sit outside as well - cool ambiance.

Great restaurant with beautiful atmosphere and excellent service! They have some good gluten free selections on the menu and a great beverage selection of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Highly recommend it here!
Everything was good for me but my wife couldn't find anything due to food allergies. It would be best if you include some items for combined allergies like gluten+corn+dairy
First Watch is a great breakfast spot close to UCF. Most people opt for the traditional breakfast which is quite a lot of food, and all tasty. I had the special Shrimp and Grits which may be the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp were plump and cooked well. The dish was also packed with sausage and veggies on the cheddar grits that were the perfect consistency and had an amazing flavor. They are great about gluten allergies so if you have celiac, mention it to your sever and it is safe. If you order a coffee, they leave the pot on the table so you don’t have to ask for refills which I really like.
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines flavor, innovation, and compassion, a vegan restaurant is a great choice. Vegan food has evolved beyond basic salads and tofu dishes, offering rich, satisfying meals that even non-vegans can enjoy.
The atmosphere of most vegan restaurants tends to be warm and welcoming, often with a modern or eco-conscious vibe. Many emphasize sustainability, offering eco-friendly packaging, locally-sourced ingredients, and a menu that reflects seasonal changes. Whether it's a cozy café or a sleek, upscale dining space, the ambiance typically complements the wholesome, plant-based menu.
The food itself is often the star of the show. From hearty bowls filled with grains, veggies, and proteins to creative dishes like cauliflower steaks, jackfruit tacos, or plant-based burgers, there’s a vast variety of flavors and textures to experience. Vegan cheese, dairy-free cream sauces, and plant-based meat substitutes have come a long way, making many dishes feel indulgent without compromising on ethics or health.
One standout feature of many vegan restaurants is their ability to cater to multiple dietary restrictions. Whether you're gluten-free, nut-free, or soy-free, the variety of choices makes it easy to find something that works for you.
Service at vegan restaurants is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with staff eager to help newcomers navigate the menu and explain unfamiliar ingredients. Many places also have a focus on providing nourishing, balanced meals rather than just "junk food."
Lots of options for gluten free and they will bring you food not from buffet to avoid cross contamination.
Personally got bacon, eggs, fruit, gf mickey waffles, Mac and cheese, shrimp, cheddar potato hash. Bacon eggs, shrimp fruit and waffles were good. Mac and cheese was not great neither was hash. Very expensive for what the food was to be honest. 60 something a person.
That being said our son loved meeting the characters from the 100 acre woods.
Fabulous gluten free options. We had gluten free chocolate chip pancakes and an eggs Benedict sub gluten free waffle for bun. Their oat milk caramel latte was also delicious!
