*Allergy Review*
I have several food allergies (gluten, coconut, nuts, honey, mushrooms, cheese, and egg beaters), so eating out is usually stressful, but Carrabba’s took amazing care of me!
Our server, ANDI, was fantastic. Even with a busy section and being one of only two servers, she was attentive, kind, and made sure my allergies were handled with care. She double-checked everything with the kitchen, and they were extremely cautious.
I had the steak with gluten-free pasta and red sauce, steamed broccoli, and the Mandola Chicken Sicilian Soup (made gluten-free by removing the pasta). Everything was delicious and safe.
Huge thanks to ANDI and the kitchen team for an excellent meal, I’ll definitely be back!
