I haven’t dined at Carrabas in a few years, my family and I came down to Orlando 10 days ago, the trip was only supposed to be 7 days, my wife got ill and was hospitalized. She has many allergies and can only eat certain things, I called Carrabba’s because she was craving gluten free pasta, seems like nobody in this area has allergy sensitive menus. Tatyana answered the phone, I explained everything to her and she was super accommodating, and made sure my wife would be satisfied. She was excellent, super kudos to her. We brought the food to my wife and my son and I decided to go back and eat dinner there. Anthony was our server, he was fantastic, checked on us numerous times, my all time fave is the pollo rosa Maria and that was excellent! My kid loved his chicken parm! I know this is a long crazy run on review, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to 2 people that made our day just a little bit better and we’re forever thankful and grateful! To the owners/managers, you have 2 wonderful people that work for you! Thank you again! The Mansour Family

The food was a little on the salty side, but edible. However, our waiter made our whole experience. Mo recognized we were from out of town and bonded with us in French instantly, as we are from Montréal. He spent quality time getting to know us and having us get to know him. Although we are not in Orlando for much longer, I would come back on a future trip just to see and be served by him again. Bon courage, Mo! Ps. Special mention to the menu for having abundant gluten free options for my Celiac mother in law.
