Sweet, cozy chain I tend to go back to on regular. I like the coffee and matcha selection as well as the gluten free options on the menu. The guava coconut cookie is one of my favourites, energy balls are quite nice too. In general, it's a good spot for healthier choices. I wish there were more low-calorie and higher protein options on the menu but regardless I definitelt recommend you to visit and try this place out!

I used to hear, “Follow the rabbit!”, and if that rabbit leads you to Carrot Express, you’ve found the Carrot Fam. This clever bunny clearly knows where the best carrot-inspired creations are hiding. Maybe it’s in the gluten-free carrot waffles, beautifully dressed with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, almond butter, crunchy coconut flakes, and a touch of maple syrup that adds the perfect honey-like finish. Or perhaps the magic lies in the scrambled eggs, customizable with feta, mushrooms, or bacon, served alongside freshly toasted bread. It might even be in their golden, crispy croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, melted mozzarella, and turkey bacon, served with a side of aioli for dipping. Wherever the secret is, one thing is certain: every dish is a delicious treat that turns breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner into a comforting, elevated experience, all available thanks to their All Day Breakfast menu. Special mention to Josh’s Overnight Oats: Greek yogurt mixed with oat milk, almond butter, seasonal berries, chia, and flax seeds. While it sounds simple, the organic ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and presentation make it more than worth ordering. No brunch is complete without a hit of caffeine. My go-tos? The Honey Cinnamon Latte with your choice of milk and the Iced Golden Turmeric Latte, refreshing and calming, are perfect for warm Miami days. Their newest matcha addition, the Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, adds a fruity twist to the classic. And don’t overlook the traditional cappuccino, made with beans ground fresh to release rich, unmistakable aromas, served with classic “polvoronas” cookies for dipping. For dessert, don’t miss the Cuban (inspired) “Guava Coconut” cookie, or my personal favorite: the Pistachio Graham Tart dusted with rose sugar. The pistachio cream tastes just like the ones I enjoy in Sicily (authentic and indulgent). Behind all these exquisite Carrot creations is a passionate team of chefs and servers who make you feel right at home. That’s what makes this rabbit so smart, he or she knows to pick a team that brings heart and care into every detail.
