I ordered an iced latte with the maple and brown sugar syrup and oat milk. I also got the gluten free chocolate whoopie pie. Both were absolutely fantastic! I liked that they explicitly had it as an option to order without ice. Will definitely order from here again!

All the products we tried were delicious, cookie mix, mini tortinos, the delicious bread, although everything was gluten-free, it has nothing to envy of products that do have it. I would suggest incorporating a greater variety of cakes and pastries. As for the price, it seems high to me, but in general gluten-free products are not massive and in terms of ingredients they are.

I’m so excited to of found this bakery. As someone who is gluten in tolerant the pickings are usually pretty slim. Dbakery offers a lot of really unique flavors for gluten free cakes and the decor is top notch. This cake made my birthday!

I placed an online order of one loaf of Einkorn sourdough bread late on a Tuesday evening. Wednesday found my loaf of yummy bread in the mail and I received it on Thursday morning. I was curious as to its taste as I had not heard of Einkorn bread. Finding out that the grain not only had weak gluten bonds that helped gluten sensitive people digest the bread without major issues, but that Einkorn was also a purebred wheat grain berry grown during biblical times, made me want to try your special bread that much more. My Swedish roommate told me it tasted just like her grandmother's bread when she was a little girl and would visit her grandmother often. She loves it so much she too wants to buy that bread from you. It's delicious. I even took a slice and dipped it into extra virgin olive oil sprinkled with sea salt and ate three slices of it. Amazing! Thank you. P.S. I'm planning on buying more Einkorn bread from you this week to share with friends during Resurrection Sunday weekend.

As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was excited to try this bakery, especially since they promote themselves as catering to the gluten-free community. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. While they do have a few gluten-free cakes using alternative flours like almond, coconut, and oat (which is great!), the overall offering is extremely limited. Most of their savory pastries — empanadas, quiches, and other baked goods — are made with regular whole-grain flour. That completely defeats the purpose of claiming to be a gluten-free bakery. It’s confusing and misleading. They also offer gluten-free cinnamon rolls, but only on weekends, and their gluten-free “pan de jamón” is reserved for holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. So if you’re looking for a reliable daily gluten-free option, you’re out of luck. It really feels like they’re having an identity crisis — not sure if they want to be a gluten-free bakery or just occasionally offer gluten-free items. To make things worse, the service at the counter is cold and unhelpful. Staff seem uninterested and annoyed when asked basic questions about the products. There’s no signage or clear explanation about what is or isn’t gluten-free, and you’re left guessing what you can eat. Overall, this place has potential — there’s a clear demand for gluten-free bakeries — but unless they fully commit to their concept and improve their customer experience, I honestly think a new bakery with a clear gluten-free mission could come in and easily do it better.

I absolutely love Vale because they have the best gluten-free options in town. Their açai is absolutely delicious and not to mention that the staff is super friendly. It’s also very conveniently located in the plaza where I get my groceries done. What’s not to love!

Sweet, cozy chain I tend to go back to on regular. I like the coffee and matcha selection as well as the gluten free options on the menu. The guava coconut cookie is one of my favourites, energy balls are quite nice too. In general, it's a good spot for healthier choices. I wish there were more low-calorie and higher protein options on the menu but regardless I definitelt recommend you to visit and try this place out!

My wife is not Celiac but lately bread with gluten is affecting her, GF breads available at retailers are not very good. She gave Domaselo a shot and she is very happy, no issues whatsoever. The bread is just excellent and now she is a forever customer.

This place has MAJORLY GONE DOWNHILL. - Shrinkflation (less toppings on Acai Bowls, no chips with sandwiches, no bagels with cream cheese on it--just a small side now) - Poor food options (sandwich menu replaced with smaller less appetizing options, no ability to modify for food restrictions like no pork/bacon or gluten-free bread) - Takes FOREVER (25-30 min prep time for a simple bagel and a smoothie for take out) It seems like they're now more concerned with "pretty" influencer food than actual good food that was tried and true. Very disappointing. I used to spend tons of money there several times a week as a local, and would put up with the slow prep times bc it was good. Now, I barely get a coffee or a smoothie once a week at most, if I do at all. Given the easily accessible competition in the area, the management has made horrible choices in the last month. I can't wait till the new bakery opens up across the street, bc ITSI just isn't it anymore.

Vanilla Cafe is a hidden gem in Downtown Miami and quickly becoming one of my favorite spots! It’s a cozy and stylish café with a real Slavic bakery vibe — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a coffee break. I had a cappuccino, and it was absolutely amazing — creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. Their pastries are all made in-house, and you can really taste the difference. I tried the pistachio croissant, syrniki, and Napoleon cake — everything was fresh, beautiful, and delicious. They also offer several gluten-free and vegetarian options. The interior is super aesthetic and Instagram-worthy. The service is always warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm. Whether you’re local or visiting Miami, Vanilla Cafe is 100% worth checking out. Great coffee, authentic flavors, and a relaxing atmosphere — it has it all. Highly recommend!
