Went to Carusos with friends yesterday. I am always hesitant to go out and eat Italian as I eat gluten free and dairy free. Our server Ivana went out of her way to make sure that I had something beautiful to eat for dinner. She even brought me complimentary salad and gf bread so that I’d have something to eat while my friend ate their apps! I’m so excited to go back. Thank you Ivana for the incredible service last night. The food was quite tasty too.

We went for a special occasion and everything was perfect. Scott did a wonderful job explaining the menu and was very attentive. The gluten free options were as delicious as were all the entrees. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Incredible. Huge portion sizes and reasonably priced. Cocktails were awesome. Incredible gluten free bread - and FREE. Same with gluten free pasta - no charge to substitute it and it was really yummy. I got the gnocchi gluten free and my roommate got the Alfredo. We both loved it.
