It's ok but definitely not the best gluten free food I had. I had what they called there triangle pasta and it was very aldente, a super small portion, I literally only got 4-5 pieces for €18. Plus I asked the waitress if it had meat inside, she said yes but it didn't, which is fine but give me the correct information when asked about the ingredients. I was most disappointed by the tiramisu, the biscuits where hard and nit soaked as they're supposed to be.

I ordered a pizza with normal dough and a gluten-free one with home delivery. Let's start with the fact that the delivery driver arrived 25 minutes late due to the slower-than-expected restaurant times, which were not communicated until I called to ask for updates on the order. From the photo you can see the first clues about the quality of the gluten-free pizza: - biscuity and very heavy dough, in terms of 100 grams, which suggests that it is not very digestible; - tomato not evenly distributed and raw, as if it had been thrown on the base just before the pizza was taken out of the oven; - mozzarella just splattered, because it was in the form of mousse, and in any case totally tasteless; - excessive basil pesto (especially in relation to the "mozzarella") and sweet. Not a pinch of salt, not a flavor beyond that of the raw tomato which will cause me a lot of acidity tonight. I ask myself: if you are not capable of cooking gluten-free, why do you propose dishes that are so complicated to make? Have you ever tasted them before serving them and making you pay for them? A piece of junk like few others I have eaten in my life, and in fact I was unable to finish it.
