VLC: Good place to eat if you are celiac! They adapt all the dishes so that you can eat and if there is any that is not, they let you know! The breakfast sandwich was very good and the fideua if you tell us that it is normal we will believe it! The squid was also made gluten-free (few places dare to do it… they were very good). The cake was a little hard for my taste but if you don't like it you have the option of fruit and ice cream. My trusted restaurant this summer to come and eat! We arrived in Xerac today. We stopped by Casa Carol. We asked because I'm celiac and didn't know if their menu was gluten-free, and they did offer gluten-free options. They gave us a choice of seating options. We were inside and it was so comfortable and cool 😊. We asked for the menu and they told me what I could and couldn't eat, which gives me a lot of confidence when eating out. While we were waiting, they brought a tray of gluten-free bread for my husband and another one for me. That small gesture was very satisfying for me. I definitely recommend this restaurant 100%. The waiters were very friendly and attentive, the prices were very good, the place was very clean, and of course, the food was very good. Thank you so much for making it so that those of us with celiac disease can eat in a safe place without fear.

They are very hardworking...attentive...and even though it is always full, they try to be quick. Very good food and good quantity. Come on, don't stay hungry. There is the possibility of ordering gluten-free.
