After an absence of easily 10 years, we decided to go to Casey's Caboose and I can't say how happy I was afterwards. It was nice to reminisce with the caboose and think back to taking our kids and sitting in the upper berth for dinner. Anyway, this visit was superb. Keisha was an excellent server and very muchly tuned in to food allergies. She accommodated a side salad (excellent) subbed for fries. The burger was perfect and the gluten free bun was toasted perfection. Probably the best burger I've had on the access road. My wife's chicken teriyaki sandwich was thumbs up. I'm kinda sorry we waited so long.... can't wait to go back!! Recommended for anyone with celiac and dining out concerns.

I had the cheese curd burger and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. I have Celiacs Disease and our server, Jordan, was knowledgeable and super helpful with ordering. It was the perfect spot after a long day on the slopes!
