Had an amazing night at Cavita with my husband—it felt like a trip to Mexico!
The Grilled Caesar Salad had the perfect smoky char, the Mooli Ceviche was fresh and spicy with guacasalsa, and the Fish Tacos were unreal—crispy fish, tangy cabbage, and black garlic mayo on in-house nixtamalized blue corn tortillas. Love that the menu is 90% gluten-free without compromising on flavour. The open kitchen and grill add to the experience—already planning our next visit!
