Having gone past Chameleon a few times on my early morning runs, I always thought it looked appealing so I arranged a work meeting there and I wasn't disappointed.
The breakfast menu looked tasty and included gluten free options (hurrah!).
While I didn't opt for a meal this time, I was definitely tempted.
I ordered a mug of tea (strong, hot and brought to the table). Then when my guest arrived, he ordered cake and tea and the cake looked amazing.
It's a mix of counter and table service so I think this is a place to go if you want to have a lovely atmosphere that will also allow good conversation while you wait for your food and drinks.
The staff were very polite and helpful, too.
The location is great as it is seconds away from the town centre.
I would definitely go again.
And since writing the above, I have been back and had a lovely tasty treat by way of a cooked breakfast, which was beautifully cooked and at the table in minutes.
Well done all!
