Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. Service was quick but not rushed. I had the Veggie Korma which was gluten free and vegetarian. It was extremely flavorful and satisfying. The masala chai was delicious and hot. I’ll be back

If you are looking for some great Indian food, go to Chaska in the Holly Springs Walmart shopping center! I went today and it was amazing. The service was fantastic, the owners were friendly, and the place was spotless! They have vegan dishes, and a lot of dishes are marked gluten free. On the lunch buffet today, I had breaded cauliflower, onion samosas, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, curry chicken, chicken biryani, okra and eggplant. I ordered a mango lassi and there was complementary naan. They also had desserts in the buffet but I was too full to try it. I highly recommend. And when you are done, take a walk around the halal market next door. They have a variety of teas, rices, spices and frozen items for purchase!
