I would go strictly vegan/vegetarian if this restaurant was anywhere near where I lived!
I grew up on Vietnamese food, and this version was spot on what I remembered, only with a twist... it's all vegetarian!
I enjoyed all the dishes, especially the ones least found on most Vietnamese restaurant menus these days, the Shredded Bì Chay Rolls and Vietnamese Golden Crepes. The restaurant is gluten friendly as well!
Come in for a great meal, but be sure to stop and thank the chef and hear about her journey to opening this amazing gem of a restaurant!
