** Allergy review** I was initially hesitant to eat at this Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen due to several negative reviews by others with allergies concerning their handling of gluten-free food. However, having had great experiences at Cheddar’s locations in Florida and Kentucky, I decided to call ahead and speak with the manager. Michelle, the manager, was incredibly helpful and thorough. She reassured me about their practices, including a dedicated gluten-free fryer for French fries and a gluten-sensitive menu. She walked me through all the ingredients and their cross-contact prevention measures—without me even having to ask—which gave me confidence in their commitment to food safety. I have multiple allergies (gluten, nuts, coconut, honey, mushrooms, and cheese), and both Michelle and my server, Samantha, took great care to ensure my meal was safe. I ordered the ribeye with French fries and garlic broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious! This location exceeded my expectations, and if I lived locally, I would definitely be dining here again. If you have food allergies or gluten sensitivity, I highly recommend calling ahead and speaking with the manager, as they are more than willing to accommodate dietary needs.

My first experience going to a Cheddars Restaurant was in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. The hostess never greeted my family nor asked how many was in our party. She just walked away and we followed I watched her remove dirty dishes from a table to only set them on another table and put menus down and walked away. Our actual server was nice and very accommodating. The food was very good. However if you’re a vegetarian they do a vegetable plate with a few choices but gluten free choices are limited to vegetables and meat no bread no buns if you eat hamburgers. Our overall experience was good however the hostess was rude and don’t expect a friendly smile when you arrive.
