Had breakfast here two days in a row. It was that great. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Servers both days were very attentive, making sure everything was good throughout the entire meal. They also offered gluten-free pancakes for anyone who has gluten allergies, which was phenomenal for my wife, who loves them but doesn't always get a chance to have them. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area to come enjoy a great meal here!
Cozy spot with charming decor and a family-friendly vibe, perfect for a delicious breakfast that feels like home.

Loved all the Christmas decorations and the service was so friendly and honey. I would definitely come back here again. They had gluten free pancakes AND waffles - big win for my family. Coffee was a bit on the weak side, but something about the service and homestyle food reminded me of diners from my hometown. I recommended the omelets - great amount of cheese and very filling!

If you like pizza, you'll love Pizza Rio. I can't have regular crust due to wheat allergy, no problem I just choose the pizza from the menu and it was prepared on Brazilian cheese crust. Wonderful!!! My husband had a beer that was ice cold and I also tried 2 different Brazilian cocktails. We will definitely return next visit to Pigeon Forge! Great view from the outdoor seating and we will bring our fur babies with us the next time as well. Oscar makes great cocktails. Gabriela was wonderfully helpful and friendly with making sure I got what I needed with gluten free options. Very beautiful relaxing atmosphere.

I should have listen to the other reviewers and NOT GOT THE GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES. They were AWFUL. Like eating cardboard. These really should be taken off the menu.
Everyone was very blah and a little rude. Our waitress didn’t really even speak or wait on us. This place is completely OVERRATED and outdated.
Offers huge portions at wallet-friendly prices, with a charming vibe and a fun gift shop to explore while you’re there.

We ate twice here, both lunch and dinner meals. Both were excellent. Great value and tasty. A member of our group had special dietary needs (gluten and dairy allergies), they accommodated them superbly. Who knew ribs and sauerkraut are a great pairing…

It was an authentic 50's diner experience. The staff was mostly friendly overall, and the food was amazing. They offer Gluten Free options for buns. It was overall a pleasant experience!
Busy spot with a unique payment system that relies on servers, so be prepared for potential waits, but the food gets rave reviews!

They were so sweet and went out of their way to show me ingredients and ask the cook when I mentioned I had an intolerance to gluten and dairy. Patient and kind. The restaurant was clean. Pleasant experience as we were traveling through on vacation.

We went there after reading a couple of reviews mentioning gluten free options. It may have been due to holiday schedule but service was very slow (looked like only two servers for the whole place). When asked about gluten free options they couldn't do potato pancakes because the one cook who can make them gluten free wasn't working that night. Also they weren't using their designated gluten free fryer so anything on the menu fried was also not an option. Very disappointed, but fortunately the pot roast was an option and amazing. Also potatoe salad is a must try. Would go back again, but will be calling first.
Enjoy a cozy vibe with perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon, plus a few unique options for those seeking something different.

Good food, good service. Eggs were perfect; bacon nice and crispy. Even some gluten friendly options which are awfully hard to come by around here. Could use a few more, and nondairy milk option for us real hipsters. Would definitely eat here again.

Great dinner last week with a friend. I have never had oxtail and never thought there would be anything in pigeon forge that would stump me. Lots of flavor with everything we ordered. I’ll be back due to new menu and staff. Thank you for a great educational dinner - it was unexpected but appreciate.

We had been meaning to try this place and we finally carved out time to do go. We enjoyed our meal and will make this a regular stop when we are in town. The soups and sandwiches were great and we enjoyed the cinnamon raisin bread. Service was great and quick. Gluten free options as well!
A great spot with a quick 10-minute wait and a fantastic buffet featuring fresh options and a vibrant fruit bar—definitely worth a visit!

Delicious. The wait time was 10 minutes and the buffet was great. I have a gluten sensitivity and I was able to enjoy the buffet. I had the eggs which are fresh, I got some sausage, bacon, fried Bologna and helped myself to everything on that fruit bar. We will definitely be back soon. Great service.

My first experience going to a Cheddars Restaurant was in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. The hostess never greeted my family nor asked how many was in our party. She just walked away and we followed I watched her remove dirty dishes from a table to only set them on another table and put menus down and walked away. Our actual server was nice and very accommodating. The food was very good. However if you’re a vegetarian they do a vegetable plate with a few choices but gluten free choices are limited to vegetables and meat no bread no buns if you eat hamburgers.
Our overall experience was good however the hostess was rude and don’t expect a friendly smile when you arrive.
