Chicano Boy Taco

Ever since they opened, Chicano Boy has been one of the best restaurants in downtown Staunton and arguably the best Mexican restaurant in the Shenandoah Valley. I would recommend a particular dish, but every meal I've gotten here has been great. In addition to the food itself, their salsas are fantastic. And they're also great for people with allergies to gluten and dairy. Seriously can't recommend this place enough.

UPDATED I added the 5th star because Chicano Boy reached out to me and let me know that their chips are in fact gluten free and that they recently changed the recipe of their corn tortillas to make them gluten free as well! Loved to hear this. I love Chicano Boy and come as often as I can! Everything is superb, except I do wish that their corn tortillas and chips were gluten free (as they usually are at other restaurants). This would allow me and so many other people with Celiacs and wheat allergies enjoy their menu even more. I would love to enjoy their glorious salsa and queso without having to provide my own chips. But I still love this place and keep coming back!
