Chick-fil-A

Ok, we all know what we're getting when we go to Chick-fil-A. The service is legendary, we get it. I would like to point out what Brennan did during my most recent visit, which I really appreciate. I got a Dr. Pepper and a coke, they look pretty similar, so Brennan pushed down the little buttons on the lid to differentiate which one was which. Honestly I think he just does this, every time. This is the difference between Chick-fil-A and every other fast food. The details, the effort, the care. Sure the food is good, the spicy chicken is just the right amount of spicy, the waffle fries are delicious, the gluten free buns are an option, but they're individually wrapped for celiacs, the list goes on and on. This. This is why you go to Chick-fil-A. I digress... Thank you Brennan, you really made my day with something that is probably just a habit to you now.

I spoke to the girl that took my order and specifically told her I was gluten-free. Got a breaded sandwich. Spoke to Manager, Javier, who was no help. Refused to refund and wanted me to drive all the way back up there for my sandwich I ordered on my lunch break and should have received. No, thanks. I will not be returning.
