The food here is about what youād expect from a place like this - gluten-free, peanut-free, and very mindful of allergies - this place doesnāt lack in the flavor department. I got the bison burger. My bun, almost like a muffin - was soft and flaky. Under it, a smooth umami sauce and a fried egg. The bison patty was not as chewy as beef and well seasoned. Overall, a solid but not heavy burger overpriced but satisfying at $18. No sides unfortunately. The breakfast tacos were also well seasoned and while I only had a bite, it was a great bite. Pricey, but generally worth the price of admission. Would visit again and enjoy a brunch here.

Lots of variety on the menu. A lot of gluten free options. The south first tots appetizer had a sauce that reminded me of a tomatillo sauce; itās a little sour which I liked. The brussel sprouts were cooked well. The fried green tomatoes reminded me of fried pickles; the texture. The BST omelette had a lot of filling, it could easily be shared between 2 people. The nitro chata is pretty much a nitro brew with hints of horchata. So creative! Make sure you get on the waitlist. I think we waited around 30 minutes on a Sunday.

Same ownership as ATX Cocina, this large sit down restaurant is a premium spot for large family gatherings & GNOās. There is something for even the most discerning dinerā¦ and they cater to all sorts of allergy mods. This is an all gluten free menu! Mezcal spirits & delicious moles are favored throughout this interior menu with each dish containing amazing flavor profiles. All dishes veg/proteins are share sized.

My family came here for dinner tonight and our waiter was Carlos. He was an exceptional server- we got to try a variety of hot sauces and 2 amazing deserts. They were able to accommodate gluten free very easily as well. Thank you to Carlos for a wonderful experience!
