Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.

True Food was amazing. I needed something to eat during bodybuilding prep that would meet my macros and my vegan/gluten free needs. What a gem. The service was amazing and the aesthetic was quite calm (especially with sensory sensitivities). Highly recommend!

True Food Kitchen is literally my favorite restaurant in town! I come here at least once a month. I have a gluten allergy and this is one of the places I always feel good about the food I’m being served. There are TONS of gluten free options. Maegan has been my server on multiple occasions and she is such a joy. Very sweet, attentive, and friendly. 10/10 recommend TFK!
