A great gluten free hot pot spot in Austin! The server was very knowledgeable and checked in on us several times even on a busy Saturday. Their menu and the buffet had clear labels for what had gluten (and nuts). There was even a note that you could request sauces and such straight from the kitchen if you are worried about cross contamination. Everyone has an individual pot so easy to keep everything separate. Everything was really delicious and the ambiance inside is great too! The best part was definitely the staff and their service. Seems like a fun place to bring a group! Would definitely recommend!

As a gluten-free + vegan, there are two soup options to choose from (mushroom and tomato) and several exotic mushrooms, lots of greens and veggies, and two noodle options. Almost all sauces, unfortunately, contained gluten or fish sauce or both. The labeling for allergens needed a revamp as there were inconsistencies between the two sauce bars. Overall good experience.
