Love the gluten free buns.

After picking up my order this evening, I returned home and found that the Apple Juice that I ordered was not in the bag. The Chick-fil-A in Montgomeryville, PA has this ongoing issue. Sometimes, they don't give you everything you paid for. Previously, my orders excluded gluten free buns, fries, etc. A few times, I went back and ask for the missing items. But you have to have 15-20 minutes extra in your hand to do that. I complained to the manager a couple of times, but did not even get any response. In addition, I ordered three sandwiches today and they tasted mediocre. Anyway, I wish there were other branches in this area, managed by someone else. Some staff members in this location are simply not properly trained or they do this intentionally, which is worse.
