We like to support small establishments, particularly those that serve vegetarian and/or vegan entrees (a REALLY good one is Hosers in the Fareway at Chestnut Hill). We had been to the Green Fork a few years ago and liked the menu. After tonight's over-priced and tiny portion, as well as snarky waitress, we will not be back. I was charged $17 for a mushroom wrap (it was $2 more for a Gluten free wrap which was the tiniest wrap I've ever seen) with a smattering of greens on the side; the wrap was supposed to have caramelized onions and cheese. Definitely no cheese and if the onions were there and caramelized, I could not detect them. This tells me the management is buying cheap ingredients while gouging its customers. We also had to wait for our food as the waitress was MIA; I overheard the chef asking her where she was and her explaining that she drank a lot of water (TMI!).
I told the waitress I wasn't happy with my meal and wanted to tell them rather than just write a bad review. She said, "I'll be right back," and then disappeared. We finally gave up and got up to leave and she came over and started explaining she was on the phone to the owner whose only response was that the GF wraps were more expensive. I told her we wouldn't be back and she sullenly told me she was going to offer us a discount. I told her to put it toward her tip.
We were surprised at how empty the place was when we got there; not anymore! Not sure if it's a new owner or new management, but we will definitely NOT be back.
As we were getting into our car, the waitress actually came out and asked about her service. I said, well, in all honesty, we had to wait longer than normal because you disappeared. She huffily told me that she isn't the only one working there; someone else could have brought us our food. NO accountability. And then she tried to say it was my expectations. I said, anyone would have expected to get their food in a reasonable amount of time.
She told us to "have a blessed day;" somehow, I doubt that was what she really meant.
Sean, our server was amazing. He was attentive, nice, and respectful of my dietary restrictions. Jennifer, the manager in training, was very helpful and professional. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our experience. They have a lot of gluten free options which I love and a few tables for those that need accessibility seating.
My only complaints were that the rice was not cooked correctly (they took it off my bill), the chicken lacked flavor, the mocktails were just beverages- not elevated zero-spirit mocktails, and my seating specifications were changed last minute. I still gave it 5 stars because the customer service was great and they cater to many dietary needs. I will be back for the summer menu!
Super nice staff! While they do not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, they were very mindful when preparing my food. The gluten free wrap is amazing.
The place was neat and well maintained. Options for vegetarian pizza is pretty good š They only have thin crust š as the name suggests! They do have have gluten free and vegan options tooš± We ate Mexican street corn and spinach and artichoke and loved the taste, texture and flavor!! We look forward to visiting again to try their customized version!
We just had an 80th birthday party/family reunion for 35 people in their back room and everyone had a fantastic time! It was the perfect space for our big group. The service was excellent. Linda the Manager was great to work with in the weeks leading up to our event and on the day of. Lots of great food options that cater to many different tastes and they're also quite conscientious about gluten-free and vegetarian options. Highly recommend it!
Grande rodeo is one of my favorite restaurants. Always fresh food and tastes amazing. Great service always. Just a really great place to visit. I have a gluten allergy and they are very accommodating. I get the crab and shrimp enchiladas every time and they are so good! Shrimp is crispy and the enchiladas have the queso on top, it is amazing! I highly recommend. We always get the fresh guac- itās amazing!
This is my favorite deli! The food is very good, just like when I was young and would visit a Jewish deli. They're very careful with gluten-free. And everybody enjoys their meal there. The staff are really good and know their stuff!
After hearing so much hype about Shake Shack burgers, I decided to give them a try for the first time. The drive-thru experience was smooth, with just a 10-minute wait for my order. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the burgers didnāt live up to the expectations. They were greasy and lacked flavor, and the fries were a bit dry and overly salty. I was also surprised to find that fries are sold separatelyāthereās no combo option on the menu. On a positive note, the gluten-free bun was a pleasant surprise. It tasted fantastic, soft, and not dry at allājust like a regular bun, which is rare to find at most fast food places.
Nice Italian restaurant! The restaurant looks upgraded and the food taste good. The customer service was very good and fast! Definitely I will go back to try their other dishes. Great place for gatherings! Gluten free options as well as pasta!
New pizza place in the area with high quality ingredients! Love the menu choices with smaller sections that are more thought out. Canāt wait to come back
Especially loved the ricotta and sausage š¤¤
Gluten free options, didnāt try but itās there
