My husband & I each ordered the 3 for me bundle. I have to be gluten free & ordered a burger & soup. I didn’t realize the order came with fries & before I could get the waiters attention (actually I had to ask another waiter to get him for us) our order came. I told him that I had to be gf (can’t have the fries as they are cooked in the same oil as other food containing gluten ) & he offered a side instead of the fries & I ordered corn. We ate our meals with no more contact from the waiter, no, how are things? Can I get you more soda? Nothing! (More soda would have been good) When he brought our check I said my corn didn’t come & he looked surprised - well if you would check on your tables once in awhile you would know that! He never checked on us once! He said he would talk to the manager about the mix up after 20 min. he said the manager was busy & he took off part of the check which came to about $3.00 off, when we looked at the check he redid it & took off only 11cents! We weren’t out for a free meal, we just wanted to be treated like someone cared!! This waiter (Brian) should probably take some classes on customer service. Very dissappointing experience today!!!!
