The manager was very accommodating to one of the members of our party who has celiacs disease and can't eat gluten without becoming violently ill for days and it only takes a crumb in a vat of oil that is cross used to fry both gluten and non gluten foods. For those that have the disease, there is no choice but not to eat it. Great experience, all of the food was delicious.
