Chimborazo continues to be one of my favorite go to restaurants in the cities! Their food is delicious, with unique flavors and just phenomenal Ecuadorian cuisine. I dream about the mahi mahi encocado and ceviche 🤤 I especially appreciate that they have so many options for someone who is gluten free and lots of good pescatarian options too! Their service is always fast and they’re always incredibly kind! Highly recommend.

WOW! Totally blown away! Absolutely DELICIOUS food. This tastes similar to food I had growing up in Miami. The juices are very tasty, and the plantain sandwiches are a great Gluten free option!!! I really loved the yuca fritas (cassava fries). I would absolutely recommend this. Great ambiance, wonderful service

One of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities! The flavor in every dish I've had here is immaculate, and I'm sure to take every friend & family member visiting me to this restaurant. For my plant-based sister and gluten-free friend, I know this is never a menu I have to worry about. And be sure to get an order of the llapingachos!
