Chipotle Mexican Grill

My stepsons quesadilla was melted to the tin foil, he didn't even have half of it he was able to pull off to eat. The man with the braids behind the counter was very rude, I cannot eat gluten so I normally get the kids meal with rice instead of the tortilla. He refused to accommodate my food allergy and stated I'd be paying more. He then proceeded to throw my half made food in the trash. He did this with customer in front of me as well. The only courteous employee was the woman with long dark hair. I am used to slow service at Chipotle, but not rude service. Please for the love of God, allow Chik Fil A to take over your training and protocols! I am certain myself and every other fan of Chipotle would appreciate this!

Went here because of their known "gluten free" menu and the girl working didn't know they had this option. She told me I could have the hard shells. She didn't change gloves and got everything from the same containers. Very rude. I definitely am disappointed with this experience at one of my favorite restaurant chains.
