I love chipotle but I’m over the poor customer service skills of this building. I was sent home with another customers food I was in the service line so still can’t explain how you can mess that up.... drove all the way home. Called and was told that if I drive back I could get a refund. Still wasn’t happy I had to wait over an hour to eat my dinner as well as waste my gas money. But I have celiac disease and have limited options and I didn’t have any food at home. So I drove back and was told I could either get a refund or remake my food but that’s it because their manager wouldn’t allow both. I think at the very least they could have done was comp my food after I drove home with a strangers food then all the way back and was given nothing for all the gas I spent just to get my food. Side note this happened to me another time at this same location... yes I must have bad luck and was comped and given the correct food. Inconsistent. All I ask for is the correct food and apparently that is too much to ask of them..... sad
