I have celiac disease, went to this location about a month ago. I informed the manager about needing everything gluten free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I got in my bowl wasn’t cross contaminated. She went into the cooler to get all new toppings, I was given fresh rice and they cleaned the entire counter / changed gloves before making my bowl. I was treated so nicely and not made to feel like a burden which happens often when you tell someone you can’t have gluten. I did not get sick which is a huge win. The manager also comped the meal because it was my birthday. Everyone in the food industry should take notes from her! I appreciated this more than she probably realized.
