If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Connor provided the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Chipotle. I visited on 10/29/21 at around 2pm. I told Connor I’m gluten/dairy free and asked Connor if he could change his gloves. Without hesitation, or acting as if it was an imposition, he washed his hands AND changed the utensil in the pork and veggies.(these were the only two menu options I chose to include in my lunch) Connor doesn’t know how much those two small gestures mean to people with food allergies or sensitivities. Connor had a positive attitude and never once made me feel like I was an imposition. I will always make the trip across town as this is now my preferred Chipolte. Connor deserves a shoutout for amazing customer service!!
