The food was decent, although the taco shells were a bit rubbery. That's a simple thing to make crunchy by baking them in an oven. The employees were not at all friendly. I tried to be friendly (I always am), and neither the woman fixing my meal nor the cashier even cracked a smile. When I thanked the person assembling my food, she said nothing at all. When I thanked the cashier, I got the same conplete lack of response.
I LIKE Chipotle. I have celiac disease and it's one of the few restaurants that I can eat virtually everything on the menu. Aside from the burrito wraps, everything is naturally gluten-free. There are better locations, though. I'd rather drive farther away and go to the Jefferson Road location because the shells are nice and crisp, and the employees are much friendlier. It's also cleaner.
